These rules explain how to earn and use Perks across the Perkee network. They supplement the consumer Terms of Use and the Merchant Services Agreement. Annex A forms part of these rules and sets out the current general parameters. Each activity or offer's conditions are displayed in the platform before participation.
1 Participation and related documents
1.1 Account. To participate as a consumer, you must maintain an active account, be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, and accept the Terms of Use and these rules, including Annex A, through a single express acceptance action with access to both documents. No separate acceptance of these rules is required. Use accurate information and only numbers, accounts and payment methods you are authorized to control. Do not create or use additional accounts to duplicate benefits or circumvent requirements.
1.2 Scope. These rules govern earning and redeeming Perks. An offer's visible conditions specify its particular requirements without eliminating legal rights or the express obligations established here. The Terms of Use govern consumer access, Checkout, liability and disputes; the Merchant Services Agreement prevails for merchant obligations. The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information.
2 What Perks are
2.1 Universal system. Perks are loyalty points that enable discovery and access to discounts or benefits at active network merchants. They are recorded in your Perkee account and may be used under the program's conditions regardless of the merchant where they were earned.
2.2 Nature. Perks are not money, USDC, another cryptocurrency, deposits, investments or a monetary claim against Perkee or a merchant. They do not earn interest, cannot be purchased or reloaded through deposits and are not funds held in custody by Perkee. A displayed dollar equivalence serves as a reference for understanding program benefits; it does not turn the points balance into money available for withdrawal.
2.3 Personal use. Selling, trading, transferring Perks between accounts or converting them into cash or digital assets is prohibited unless a feature expressly authorized by Perkee permits it under its conditions. The program does not guarantee a particular benefit for every purchase or permanent availability of an offer or merchant.
3 Eligible activities and crediting
3.1 Visible conditions. You may earn Perks through purchases, referrals and other enabled activities. The general earning formula appears in Annex A. Requirements, bonuses, limits and specific conditions are displayed before participation. Not every purchase or payment method generates Perks. Earning rules are distinct from the Checkout commission agreed with the merchant.
3.2 Validation. Crediting requires identifying the account and verifying eligible activity. A receipt, pending notification or estimated amount does not, by itself, confirm Perks. Processing, data matching, duplicate review or security may cause delays. Perkee may request relevant evidence before crediting or correcting points. The same activity does not generate duplicate credits unless an expressly announced bonus applies.
3.3 ATH Móvil and Checkout. Automatic earning through ATH Móvil requires a linked and verified number, the merchant's enabled connection and a valid notification identifying your account. Linking authorizes use of those notifications under the Terms of Use; it does not allow payments to be initiated from your ATH Móvil account. In Checkout, the purchase must be identified and confirmed through the enabled flow. An unidentified payment does not guarantee automatic or retroactive crediting. Contact support if there is a discrepancy.
4 Redemption across the network
4.1 Acceptance. Every active merchant must accept Perks within its validly configured limits and the program's conditions; it cannot disable acceptance or restrict it based on where the points were earned. This obligation applies to free and paid plans. Perkee's required minimums and the merchant's permitted limits are displayed in the program tools.
4.2 Reviewing the benefit. Before confirming, review the available balance, equivalence, required points, discount or benefit and restrictions applicable to the transaction. Limits may specify the eligible purchase, maximum redemption or offer availability according to enabled features. The confirmed benefit determines the points used and any remaining purchase amount payable. Unlimited redemption is not guaranteed.
4.3 Confirmation. Redemption is recorded through the enabled mechanism and reduces the corresponding points. Do not reuse a redemption, code or confirmation or request the same benefit through different means. If a transaction is pending or fails, check its status before repeating it. Correcting internal records does not alter a transfer already executed on the blockchain.
5 Offers and combining benefits
Each participating merchant determines the offers it publishes, the discounts, products, special services or other benefits available and the number of Perks required to obtain them, subject to program requirements. The reference equivalence in Annex A does not determine the value of each offer. Special offers and their Perks requirements do not replace or reduce the merchant's obligation to accept Perks under the program's general limits and requirements. Eligibility, duration, availability and limits are displayed before redemption. Perks, discounts and other promotions may be combined only when the displayed conditions permit it. An announcement of additional earning does not imply a larger redemption discount. Perkee or the merchant may correct an error before acceptance, subject to law; that authority does not permit disregarding a validly accepted offer or a confirmed purchase or redemption.
6 Referrals
Perkee may award Perks for referring other consumers. Eligibility requirements, the reward and the conditions for crediting it are displayed in the platform for each program or offer before participation. Sharing an invitation does not, by itself, guarantee a reward: the announced conditions must be met and the referral must be verifiable. Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, impersonation, duplicate rewards and other fraudulent practices are prohibited. Perkee may reject or reverse Perks obtained through those practices. Use authorized mechanisms without sending unsolicited communications or using others' information without authority.
7 Returns and corrections
7.1 Adjustments. A cancellation, refund, failed payment or fraudulent activity may result in removal of Perks earned through that activity. If already used, the adjustment may reduce the balance or create a negative points balance affecting later redemptions; that balance does not, by itself, create a monetary debt. Perks used in a returned purchase are managed according to the redemption and disclosed rules without guaranteeing duplicate restorations.
7.2 Purchase and review. The merchant handles returns of its products and services under its policy and the law. A Perks adjustment does not replace or establish a payment refund. Perkee may correct verified errors and duplicates; you may request review at info@perkeepay.com with the reference and available evidence. Do not send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases. Review does not replace or restrict legal claim mechanisms.
8 Preventing abuse
Fictitious transactions, arrangements to simulate purchases or referrals, manipulation of notifications or receipts, exploitation of errors and returns planned to retain improper rewards are prohibited. A legitimate return or good-faith claim does not, by itself, constitute fraud. Perkee may investigate, request reasonable verification and temporarily restrict disputed activity. It may reject or reverse duplicate, ineligible or abusively obtained points and apply the suspension or closure measures provided in the Terms of Use to the extent permitted by law.
9 Expiration and closure
9.1 Expiration. Any applicable expiration must be disclosed as a condition before the corresponding Perks are earned. These rules do not establish a general expiration period or automatic forfeiture for inactivity. An offer's duration does not mean the entire Perks balance expires.
9.2 Consumer account. You may cancel your account at any time. Before confirmation, you will be warned that you will lose access to the platform and your Perks; cancellation is immediate. If Perkee terminates your account without cause, it will notify you and you will have 30 days from notice to use your Perks under the applicable rules. The account then closes and you lose any remaining Perks. For fraud, theft, unlawful activity, material breach or legal or security grounds, Perkee may impose restrictions or closure and cancel Perks immediately to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 Merchant departure and program. If a merchant leaves the network, you retain your Perks for use at active merchants; the departing merchant does not have to accept new redemptions from its effective departure. Perkee may end the program and will communicate legally required closure conditions without eliminating rights from confirmed purchases or redemptions. Departure or closure does not reverse earlier payments.
10 Changes to rules and parameters
Perkee may update program activities, equivalences, minimums and conditions prospectively. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, specifying their content and effective date, under the Terms of Use. They will not alter confirmed redemptions or purchases or eliminate previously acquired rights; express acceptance will be requested when necessary. Urgent legally required or security adjustments may apply immediately where appropriate.
If a change increases the mandatory minimum benefit or the merchant's economic redemption burden, it will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and the merchant may leave before application with the prorated refund provided in its agreement. Its configured limits will not be increased silently.
11 Data and operation
Perkee uses information necessary to identify activities, credit and redeem Perks, verify referrals, resolve adjustments and prevent abuse under the Privacy Policy. The merchant sees only authorized information relating to its own activity; redeeming Perks does not reveal where they were earned. Technical interruptions may affect recording or temporary program availability. The parties' responsibilities and rights are governed by their respective agreements and the law.
12 Governing law and contact
Puerto Rico law and applicable federal law govern. Disputes are handled under the corresponding agreement, preserving agency authority and non-waivable rights. In discrepancies between versions, Spanish prevails unless validly agreed otherwise or legally required. Contact for questions and Perks review: Perkee LLC — info@perkeepay.com.
Annex A Current general parameters
Version 1.0 | Effective date: October 10, 2026
General earning. 1 Perk for each $1 of eligible purchases. Activities and offers may award bonuses under the conditions displayed in the platform.
Reference equivalence. For reference purposes, 50 Perks are approximately equivalent to a $1 discount. Each participating merchant determines its offers, the available benefits and the number of Perks required to obtain them, subject to program requirements. The reference equivalence does not determine the value of each offer or turn Perks into money.
Redemption conditions. Applicable limits and conditions are displayed before redemption. Each update to this annex will identify its version and effective date and will be governed by section 10 of these rules.
